(C6H10O5)n, also known as water-soluble dextrin or enzymatic dextrin, is a product of polysaccharide classified as DE10, DE15, DE20. It can be used in a wide range of foods to improve their consistency, texture, flavor and shelf life. From the early 2025, our Maltodextrin of DE4-6 has been put into mass production.
